TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reno NV Cleaning Co LLC
Effective Date: May 4, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by Reno NV Cleaning Co LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a service, the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. SERVICES
Reno NV Cleaning Co LLC provides residential and/or commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:
- Standard Cleaning
- Deep Cleaning
- Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
We do not offer hourly-based cleaning services at this time.
All services are based on scope, property size, and condition as disclosed at the time of booking.
2. BOOKING & PAYMENT
- Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted payment methods: major credit/debit cards and approved electronic payments.
- No appointment is confirmed without valid payment details.
3. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
- Late cancellations (within 24 hours) are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
- Same-day cancellations or lockouts may be charged up to 100% of the service fee.
4. ACCESS TO PROPERTY
The Client is responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time.
If our team cannot access the property:
- The appointment may be canceled
- Applicable cancellation or lockout fees will apply
5. SCOPE OF WORK & CONDITION DISCLOSURE
You must accurately disclose:
- Property size
- Level of cleanliness
- Presence of pets
- Any biohazards or unsafe conditions
Failure to disclose material conditions may result in:
- Price adjustments
- Service refusal
- Partial completion of services
6. PRICING ADJUSTMENTS
We reserve the right to adjust pricing if:
- The condition of the property differs materially from what was disclosed
- Additional time or labor is required beyond the original scope
You will be notified before proceeding whenever possible.
7. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE (NO REFUNDS)
We do not offer refunds.
If you are dissatisfied:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion
- You must provide specific details and photos
We will offer a re-clean of affected areas only, at no additional charge.
Requests made after 24 hours will not be honored.
8. LIMITATIONS OF SERVICE
We do not:
- Remove biohazards (blood, feces, urine, etc.)
- Handle pest infestations
- Perform mold remediation
- Lift heavy items (>20 lbs)
- Clean areas requiring ladder use beyond a step stool
We reserve the right to refuse unsafe or out-of-scope work.
9. DAMAGES & LIABILITY
- Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service
- We reserve the right to repair or replace damaged items at our discretion
- We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Improperly secured items
- Normal wear and tear
Clients are responsible for securing valuables.
10. PETS
Clients must secure aggressive or disruptive pets.
We are not responsible for:
- Pets escaping during entry/exit
- Injuries caused by pets
11. ARRIVAL WINDOW
Appointments have a ±1 hour arrival window to account for traffic and scheduling variables.
12. PHOTOS & QUALITY CONTROL
We may take before-and-after photos:
- For quality control
- For internal training
- For marketing (without identifying personal information)
Clients may opt out by notifying us in advance.
13. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:
- Conditions are unsafe
- There is harassment or inappropriate behavior
- There is interference with our staff
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by Nevada law:
- Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
15. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Washoe County, Nevada.
16. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
17. ACCEPTANCE
By booking a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
